All holidaymakers wanting an overnight oasis after a tiring drive through the Kalahari are invited to stop at Tramonto Lodge for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests can make use of the sparkling swimming pool or the communal barbecue area. The units are serviced daily and secure off-street parking is provided behind an electric fence.
The lodge offers guests a choice of staying in one of five units, four of which are equipped for self-catering. Each open-plan unit can sleep between two and four guests, and is furnished with comfortable double or single beds. The en-suite bathrooms consist of either baths or showers, and all linen, towels and toiletries are included. The kitchenettes are equipped with fridges, microwaves, kettles, cutlery and crockery. One unit also has a stove and all units are air-conditioned and equipped with TVs with DStv. Continental breakfasts can be served but we provide a freshly baked muffin with butter and jam, as well as bottled water daily.
The lodge is also located within walking distance of the nearest shopping centre and guests can enjoy various attractions and activities in the area such as wine tasting, river rafting on the Orange River, the Augrabies Falls National Park, the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park with the Big five, and the Tortoise Wild Flower Nature Reserve.
Tramonto Lodge is ideally suited for the busy professional, lone ranger, discerning backpacker, adrenalin junky or active family. Allow the sunrise over the magnificent Orange River, early morning birdsong, the revitalising waters of the swimming pool and the lingering aroma of the sundown barbecue fires to revive your soul. |
