Set in the beautiful Muldersdrift area, Hartley Manor offers both self catering cottages and B&B Units. Only 15 minutes from Lanseria, Krugersdorp and Honeydew, with easy access to many the many wedding and conference venues in Muldersdrift , it is an ideal place for wedding guests and conference delegates. Fourways, Sandton, Randburg and Krugersdorp are all within easy travelling and offer live theatre, casinos, cinemas and major shopping centers.

With a working rose nursery on the property, each of the cottages and rooms have been named after a rose. The cottages are surrounded by roses and lawn. The nursery is open to the public and guests are welcome to wonder through the nursery.

Self catering cottages offer two large bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with twin beds) each with own en suite bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, TV (local channels) covered patio, braai, covered parking and serviced daily.

Bed & Breakfast Units have either queen or twin beds, en-suite bathroom (shower), bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, separate entrance off enclosed courtyard, secure parking. Breakfast is served in the main house, either in the dining room or on the veranda.

Being on the border of the Cradle of Humankind, there are many activities and sites to visit. To name a few: Sterkfontein Caves, Maropeng, The Rhino & Lion Nature Reserve, which includes the Wonder Caves, The Lion Park, Gilroys Country Brewery and Ngwenya Glass Village. Other activities include horse riding, Hot Air Ballooning, Game Drives and Wellness Centers and Spas. Eating out offers a wide choice from top class restaurants to casual Bistros.
