Bateleur B&B offers comfortable living with a touch of luxury and heaps of generosity. The guest house is situated in a quiet area of Uitenhage and is within walking distance to the shops and various food outlets. The Uitenhage Sports Centre is only one kilometre from the guest house and two kilometres from the Uitenhage Golf Club.
The Bateleur consists of nine en-suite rooms. We offer selected DStv channels, a coffee station, a refrigerator and a ceiling heater in each room for cold winter nights. Bedding and towels are also provided in all the rooms, and there is safe off-street parking available for peace of mind. Guests can relax and enjoy a book in our comfortable lounge area or take a dip in the plunge pool. Dinners can be provided by prior arrangement, and breakfast and lunch packs can be arranged for the early birds or corporate guests.
The area offers many attractions; lovely sandy beaches, great diving spots in Port Elizabeth, luxurious game reserves and parks, exciting adventures such as river rafting in Storms River and skydiving in Grahamstown. Uitenhage is centrally located which makes it easy to travel to essential destinations without wasting time on travelling. Programs listing social and sports events taking place in the area as well as area maps are placed in the guest rooms for your convenience. |
