Description
Allite Guesthouse offers comfortable accommodation situated in Riebeeckstad, a suburb that is situated 12 km away from Welkom.

There are 10 en-suite guest rooms, all fitted with a LCD TV and its own DStv decoder. The rooms are also equipped with bar a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. For those chilli winter nights, all the beds have electric blankets. Breakfast is served in a sunny dining area with wide variety of cereals and fruits, as well as hot meals.

There is secure parking available on the premises and is closed off with a security-controlled sliding gate for safety. Guests are given a remote control with a panic button that is monitored by an external armed response company.

Tried phoning, the landline number doesn't exist anymore and the cell number wasn't answering. They clearly didn't expect us, so I assume that there were no record of my booking. The lady that do the bookings were off duty already. I had to show them the email from safari.com to confirm the booking and payment. The room looked like it was not cleaned or not cleaned properly as there were some dead insects on the carpet and bathroom floor. Only one cup for coffee/tea. Bath tap is not working properly and half broken. No place by the shower to put your soap etc. No arrangements were made with us for cleaning the room the next day. Only when we came back at about 14h00 we were asked if they could clean.  Door lock isn't working properly, struggled to unlock every time. Breakfast was nice though. Not the worst experience but surely very far from the best. Not what one would expect from a guesthouse.</p>
