Description
Xai Xai Eco Estate is located just 3 km from Praia da Xai Xaia. The luxury villas of the eco estate are perched upon the first dune, with spectacular breaker views of the warm Indian Ocean. The area is becoming increasingly popular due to its close proximity to Johannesburg and Durban, however still retains its Mozambican charm.

The fantastic three- and four-bedroom villas each boast private swimming pools and air-conditioning. The units are serviced and include a kitchen, dining room and lounge area, with parking also provided for guests' use.

The eco estate recently featured on the DStv fishing program ESA Saltwater, and the area boasts some of the best sport fishing in the whole of southern Mozambique, where diving, fishing charters, quad tours and snorkelling are the preferred leisure activities.

Conveniently located within the tranquil and pristine Praia de Xai Xai, Xai Xai Eco Estate is situated in a private and secure enclave with a 180-degree uninterrupted view of the warm Indian Ocean.

Xai Xai Eco Estate in Xai Xai Reviewed by Bheki Mpanza, South Africa on . Awesome We arrived late around 17:45 and confirmation of the booking was not confirmed with the Management on site. They had to make few calls and we were directed to another house which was not the one we booked. But for that im glad was worked out cos we were offered an extra night there. Above all what I've just said, the place is awesome and clean, Jeff and Fatima made things easier for us and felt at home. What a place to spend a quiet moment with friends and family and we definitely going back there. I was worried about there road to the site but was so easy to get there with a sedan. The weekend was too short .
