Situated in the cosy seaside town of Umzumbe with sweeping sea views of the unspoilt beaches, the modern 30 Degrees On Stiebel lies comfortably in the dunes with the crashing waves as company.
This double-story house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps up to ten guests. The open-plan living room, alfresco dining area and kitchen are fully equipped with everything required for an enjoyable, extended stay. The house is serviced each day between 8:30 am and 10:30 am and the property is surrounded by an electric fence with an alarm, beams inside and outside with an armed response.
The two gates lead directly onto the beach; one onto Sharks Bay and the other a few meters walk to Granny's Bay and Umzumbe Beach one of the few Blue Flag beaches in South Africa. Umzumbe’s beaches are popular because the warm water of the Indian Ocean flows quietly along its shoreline, therefore water sports such as diving, snorkelling and scuba diving are popular. |
