Description
Misty Waters Lala Lapa is a charming guesthouse situated in the heart of the Highland meander with four large en-suite units. All units have DStv with selected channels and a coffee bar for your enjoyment. The main building with a communal lounge area has all you need to relax and more. Breakfast at the main house is included with the accommodation and a pre-booked dinner can be enjoyed by candle light.

The establishment has a stunning view over one of the local trout dams with its own jetty where you can even enjoy a lovely morning walk. Enjoy the peace and quiet the town of Belfast has to offer. There is plenty to see and do in the area ranging from fly-fishing in several dams, golf as we are within walking distance from the golf club, a hike on the farms, Rapids hiking trail or visit Heavens Forge; internationally known knife makers.

We are situated only 30 kms from Dullstroom which is well know for its fly-fishing and restaurants and we are two hours away from Johannesburg.

Come and relax and read in the music room. If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the place to be.

Misty Waters Lala Lapa in Belfast Reviewed by Stan Wallace, South Africa on . Why not breakfast? My wife and I were the only people staying overnight. At the time of booking we were told there would be no breakfast which seemed a bit strange when Misty Waters is advertised as a B 'n B ! We were allowed to make our dinner and breakfast outside on the braai by using our gas cooker. The room was cosy with electric blankets (a necessity!). We did not meet our host/hostess, but the man in their reception, a Zimbabwean, was very willing to see to our needs.
