Description
Ou Pastorie is an old graceful Cape Dutch-style house located in the farming town of Brandford. The guest house offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation ideal for couples or business travellers visiting the area.

The large guest house has warm wooden floors, wide verandas and embossed ceilings. The four rooms are comfortably furnished with bedding and towels provided. Guests can relax by the swimming pool and cool down during the warm Free State summers. The house is rich with history and offers a warm atmosphere where guests can relax and play card-games around the fireplace.

Guided sightseeing tours can be arranged to the many places of interest. Guests can visit Winnie Mandela’s house, the Concentration Camp Graveyard or Admiral John Weston’s house. The Tarentaal Nes Centre offers coffee shops, beauty and hair salons, and there are many restaurants in town.

Children and trained pets are welcome.

Ou Pastorie Guest House in Brandfort Reviewed by Alma Wauts, South Africa on . Excellent service from wonderful hosts We had a wonderful stay at Ou Pastorie. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious. We wish we could stay longer. Next time we'll definitely take time to enjoy the pool and find out more about the history of this quaint little place.
