Aubures Camp is set on a working farm that is located at the base of the Rooirand Escarpment, about 50 km from Helmeringhausen, accessible from the C27.
There are six beautiful campsites constructed under large camel thorn trees, and defined with circles of red rock. The rustic ablution block is also built around a robust camel thorn tree, with an open roof. It has flush toilets, hot showers and a scullery area outside.
Behind the campsite is a lovely walking trail which offers great views over the camp and the farm. Guests can have a look at the Hoodia nursery at the reception, with some very interesting plant life. |
