Tropico House B&B in Myburgh Park Reviewed by Johan Muller, South Africa on . Tropico guesthouse We stayed for two days in one of the shell rooms. The stay was wonderful except from the fact that there is no through flow of air, causing the room to get quite hot. Take a fan with if you know there is going to be some hot days! Then - the open shower is a disaster. Our water drained at a very low speed, causing the water to build up quickly and running into the room where it runs onto the mat. No good at all! You have to work some sort of strategy of how to prevent the water running into the room. Then you sit with a room not smelling nice because you have to close the room when going out. Apart from these two things, we enjoyed our stay. Nice linen, bed, etc. People are very friendly and helpful. Will look for another place to stay next time due to the shower! Sorry!
Tropico House B&B in Myburgh Park Reviewed by Carey-Lee Taylor, South Africa on . Last Minute Booking We stayed in one of the shell rooms, not a very big room but it has a very comfortable bed with good linen. The room has very limited TV Channels & reception. Bathroom is a great concept, but the water pressure is almost non existent and the floor is a hazard as very slippery. Could not use the enclosed "Secure parking" as there was a bakkie parked in the way.
