All rooms at Boschendal 10 are en suite, and offer DStv, free Wi-Fi, warm and cold air-conditioning, a fridge, and a kitchenette bar-counter with facilities for tea and coffee. Electric blankets are provided in the winter. A wooden cot is available for babies, on request, at no additional cost. As the guest house is moving towards eco-friendliness, all roof lighting in the units is 12-volt sun powered, while solar geysers provide hot water.

Vehicles are parked off the street in locked facilities. Guests may use a communal swimming pool and gas, charcoal or wood braai facilities.
