Description
This cottage is situated on the edge of a river at the foot of the mountains with a view of the green fields of Lismore. The cottage sleeps six people and has two bathrooms.

Lismore Farm has been in the Barry family since 1844. Situated 3 km beyond the quaint village of Suurbraak, on the slopes of the Kleinberg Mountain and close to Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve, this is a wonderful spot for a leisurely weekend or holiday break away from city life.

Our River Cottage is a new brick building that has replaced the original Canadian log cabin which was destroyed in a recent fire. The bird life here is stunning. This is the ideal getaway for nature lovers and those who enjoy the rustic appeal of comfortable farm life without the clutter of modern technology.

Private rustic river cottage This rustic but comfortable cottage is in a beautiful setting on a river and very private with great birdlife around. There are a some beautiful hikes on the farm and in the area. I highly recommend it.
