Description
Malva Huisie is situated in the charming village of De Rust, at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains in the Little Karoo. De Rust is a scenic little town, with beautiful Karoo houses situated amongst some steep Swartberg foothills. De Rust is also surrounded by deep green valleys, large and fascinating rock formations, many kinds of animal and bird life, rivers, streams, farms, typical Karoo vegetation, and interesting people.

We invite you to spend time here and share some of the country goodies and relaxed atmosphere which is not to be found in city life. Oudtshoorn and the Cango Caves are just a 30-minute drive away, with the Swartberg Pass and the very famous road to Gamkaskloof both attractions for outdoor enthusiasts. Fishing, mountain biking, bird watching and wine tasting are just some of the activities available nearby.
