This modern house was built in 2012 and offers wonderful secure accommodation in a gated community in the heart of Sedgefield.
The three-bedroom house is furnished with two queen-size beds in the upstairs bedrooms, while the ground floor bedroom opens onto the garden with large sliding doors, ideal for letting the sun shine into the room. Each of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom, two with showers and one with a bath, and there is also a separate guest loo off the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes and boasts luxury finishes such as Caesar Stone Tops and a separate scullery. The open-plan lounge and dining area offers a comfortable environment to relax and unwind, and has large stacker doors to let the sun in, as well as a TV and a DVD player for the days the sun is hiding. Other features include a Weber braai and a double garage for guests' convenience.
Sedgefield is located along the Garden Route, offering a quieter holiday with not too much tourists coming to the area. It is ideally located for guests as they can stay within Sedgefield and enjoy the beautiful beaches, hiking trails and water sports, or wonder to the greater Garden Route and visit the attractions it has to offer. |
