This is a beautiful three-bedroom house located in the elite area of Van Riebeeckshof, in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Van Riebeeckshof is bordered by the Durbanville wine farms, and the house is located about 100 m from some of the vineyards in the area, where you can go for a leisurely stroll, a jog or mountain bike ride. Majik forest is approximately 2 km from the house, one of many popular mountain bike trails in the area.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to six adults and two children. The house comprises three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining area.
